Interior Design Process

Consultation:

The Samantha Pope Interiors team will guide you through a seamless process that begins with the initial consultation. In this crucial phase, we take the time to discuss your project's goals and requirements, and gain a comprehensive understanding of your lifestyle, timescale, and budget. This sets the foundation for our journey in bringing your vision to life.

Concept Design:

After the initial consultation, we move on to the Concept Design stage. Here, we carefully analyse your brief and present a conceptual scheme, including floor plans and spatial planning, proposed furniture layouts, and any necessary structural changes. This is accompanied by colour concepts and imagery representing the design direction to help you understand the overall design vision.

Design Development:

Once the design concepts are approved, we progress to the Design Development stage. Here, we start to detail and fine-tune the design. We present detailed floor plans and elevations, along with bespoke furniture designs. You'll receive a curated furniture and accessories specification, sample boards, and a comprehensive cost breakdown in line with the agreed budget.

Implementation:

With the design completed and agreed upon, we move into the Implementation phase. At this point, work can commence on-site. We coordinate our master trades and attend regular site meetings to ensure that every detail is meticulously executed according to our plans. Throughout this process, we finalize all furniture specifications and procure items, so they are ready for the final installation and client handover.
